I have installed Release IT COD Form on my Shopify store. It is not working from last 9 hours and I am not getting sales. Please let me know if any one have any information .

Welcome to the community, and this is a public forum, and I think developers would not see this message. So the best course of action is to contact developers directly.
Maybe there are some users who have the same issues, but even they could not help you out, as that would still developer’s job.
You said you are not getting sales, so that must be onlt payment option for you, right?
Think you should try to search for alternatives. Or just temporary backups for that app.

Same issue here, and they don’t even reply to emails. This is very serious.

There are similar apps that could work, no ? At least for a month, or when you get some reply from developers.
I know. I’ve already switched to EasySell as a temporary backup and orders are coming in again.
What worries me most is not just the outage, but the lack of response from support after many hours. I’m on the annual plan paid upfront, and if this isn’t resolved quickly (and properly), I’ll request a full refund and simply stay with EasySell, which has been stable so far.
