Relink 'add to cart' button on featured collection and hide price

hi there,

i am trying to create a page with just images and a button below (link to 3rd party site)

i think the best way to do this is using featured collection as it is the layout i want but I can’t figure out how to redirect the add to cart button or hide the price.

alternatively, if someone is able to tell me how to code the multicolumn section to show a second image on hover that would also work!
