Relocate and change color of heading overlay text - Editions theme

Editions mobile theme is set up to drop the heading overlay text under the homepage image. So on desktop the overlay text covers the image but on mobile the image comes first, then the text underneath.

  1. How do i change the color of the heading overlay text

  2. How do i re-locate the text to cover the image like on desktop version
