I will like to relocate search bar to top of menu, center right side of logo but full size. Login and cart to far right side. Below is a example I found from another post but its exactly what I want. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the header can be changed as the layout given but it needs tweaks with HTML, liquid along with style changes. So you can seek help of a developer to help you set up this at reasonable cost.

If you are looking for a developer you can check on Upwork or Fiverr for any freelancer to set this up in your site. Because layout change code is not possible to share unless the code is changed in the theme and the layout is set.
I see many others who receive assistance with their question on editing search bar location etc… In fact some have helped me, but this current goal though I follow other direction on the community, it still not working. I was hoping to connect with a knowledgeable person here to either give some direction or pay to get it done.
I can understand your concern but even if i will share the steps it won’t be easy for you to adjust the code and you might ruin the theme.
It is not about adding small CSS codes. So the code needs to be tweaked from the theme to get it work as perfectly.
