Removal of Staff Email Notification for ex staff

Hi All.

Looking to remove an ex staff member from the Notifications of Sales emails. I had the staff member in Notifications on his personal email address and can see no means of removing him (no delete button). He is not listed as a staff member so I cant remove there either - just keeps getting emails when we have a sale.

First of all you should log in to your Shopify admin panel and go to Settings → Notifications. Then, scroll down to the Order Notifications section and hit disable next to the entry with your email address on it.

This way at least he will not see any sales emails. Second thing you should do is:

From your Shopify admin, click Settings, and then click Plan and permissions or Users and permissions.

Click the staff’s name.

Click Delete staff or Remove staff to permanently delete the staff from your store.

Click Delete or Remove.

I went in and this time noticed there was a cursor/slider under the staff addresses and dragging it …Et Voila!..the magic disable buttons!
