I’m seeking assistance from someone with higher-level access on Shopify. My developer and I have just completed my store, but we noticed a checkout box for subscriptions at the end of the checkout page during the final testing phase.
I contacted Shopify customer support to remove the checkout box, but they were only able to remove the text beside it. Consequently, I’m now left with just the box itself, which is not good for conversions. I’ve tried to reach out to Shopify multiple times for help with removing the box or at least knowing how to add the text back, but their solutions haven’t worked.
They’ve suggested that I contact the theme developer, but I’ve already done so, and the developer says that this issue needs to be resolved by Shopify since they’re responsible for the checkout page. Despite explaining this to Shopify, I’m only receiving generic responses from customer service and being advised to hire a developer, which isn’t a solution.
If you’re someone who works for Shopify or can help me resolve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated so that I can start selling. I’ve attached a screenshot of the current state of the checkbox.
