How do I remove those 2 arrows in the announcement bar? Im using dawn theme if that helps.

That announcement bar looks like it’s from an app, is that correct? If yes, are there any settings in the app to change the horizontal slider arrows, and if not, can you contact the app dev to find out what you can do?
In such a case a temporary preview link to an example would be very helpful to analyze that too.
