Hello,

I wanted to add a sale banner to our website and have succeeded in adding a good one from BSS: Banner & Pop-up however, the original one called Animated Banner I added which I removed and uninstalled is still showing (and 4 times!) and I can’t remove it.

Please open the Customize area of the theme, navigate to the page where you’ve added the banner, and check if the section is still listed in the sidebar on the left.
If it’s still there, remove it and save your changes. This should resolve the issue.

Do you know where in theme code it might be please?

There is no reference to it on the left hand side bar unfortunately.

Not sure if there is another way to delete it?

Sorry for the late reply. If you’ve still not fixed this, your best option would be to hire a developer to investigate this problem.
