Remove button "Order Now - Cash on delivery"

Hello,

I am not sure why but by default my shopify site has a button “Order now- cash on delivery” under the add to cart button. I want to be able to disable cash on delivery as many orders will be international. However, I cannot find a way to disable it without having to add yet another app.

Is it possible for you to provide collaborator request to access the code editor, So the issue can be check and fix.
