Help Please! I’ve recently hired a company to run google ads and answer text, calls and emails.
They ran terrible ads that didn’t represent my company, super rude and annoying answering texts and emails.
I want to discontinue their service. But now they wouldn’t remove the chatbot from my website.
How can I remove a chatbot I didn’t installed?

Depending on which app you use, they should have an instruction to uninstall. They will require removing the code to your theme.
The app is name Leadconnector, I didn’t install it. It’s embedded, I can’t find where they’ve embed in the shopify. I found the codes in the live website page.
