Remove 'Create Account' from the account area on Venture Theme

Hi, Im using Venture theme and need to remove the ‘Create account’ option. Customers still need to be able to log in, but they should only be able to create an account by receiving an account invite which I will send.

I am comfortable editing the code, just need to know what to edit.
