Remove custom engraving option for all product. only assign it to a particular collection

Hi, In my site I have added engraving options where customer have to enter the information name and phone number.. But this engraving option shows on all my product. I just want this to show on one particular collection not all the other collections. So if they click on a product that doesnt require engraving this option will not show. But when they click on a product that requires customazation such as engraving the option will show.

I tried to figure it out. But it doesnt work. I am using Dawn theme. I have added an example of what I have that I dont want it to show on one particular collection.
