Remove "Download to track with Shop" and map from Thank You page

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!

Hi, I have a Shopify site about to go live in a few hours. I’m on Shopify Grow plan. I am not on Shop. I have disabled all Shop features and installed the app. It is not showing as a sales channel. I’ don’t have shop pay or anything to do with shop enabled. Yet, I just did a test order and it shows a map with a big blue “Download to track with Shop” button when I complete an order. Order confirmation/Thank You page. I was able to remove the buttons from the automated emails by editing the code but I can’t seem to find where to remove it from the thank you page and also on the order status page. Most google searches and AI say there’s a checkbox under checkout > customer contact method but that option isn’t there. Others say I need to change it in theme editor but it’s not showing under theme editor and it’s not letting me click on any of the settings to configure them. Please help. I really want to get this removed. Screenshot attached.

You should read this Shopify documentation on the matter, specifically the “Managing Track with Shop” section :

This is built in shopify called “Track with shop” and it’s appears automatically on the order confirmation and order status page .
It is not coming from your theme or any app so it cannot be removed using code or CSS. It is controlled by Shopify at the platform level.

I have checked your setup and if the option to disable it is not available under Checkout settings then this is expected behavior and will remain visible as part of shopify default checkout experience.

So there is no issue with your store this is just how Shopify handles order tracking by default.
