Latest input: A responder cannot see the button on their end and suggests it likely belongs to a Shopify app and appears only when the store owner is logged in as admin (i.e., not visible to customers). Implications: The button may be an admin-only widget; public visitors likely do not see it. Suggested actions: - Review installed Shopify apps for any floating widget/chat/marketing tools and disable or adjust their display settings. - Test the storefront while logged out, in an incognito window, or using “View as customer.” - If identified, contact the app’s support for removal guidance or uninstall the app. Status: Unresolved; awaiting confirmation from the store owner.

Hi @Daniel19901 I guess this button belongs to a Shopify app you installed for your store and appears when you log in as admin only because I cannot see it on my end.
