Hello everybody, I am currently using a downloaded theme for my Shopify store. As I enter the website a newsletter popup appears on the screen that comes with the theme itself. I tried to remove it from the theme settings but it was not possible from there, so I am resorting to asking for help from you guys.

Generally in well designed themes this should either be a block in the footer/header, or it’s in the global theme settings.
For third party themes where you downloaded the theme from is where you should pursue support requests or find documentation.

What the actual problem is will massively vary by theme and the level of detail you can provide.
Not everyone has access to your theme settings like you do or even know the theme documentation for a random theme.
