By default, it seems like there’s the option for customers or email recipients to ‘download’ my business’s logo, which is situated at the top of my email templates. Basically, if you hover over the logo with the cursor, the option to download it automatically appears. Is there any way that I can remove this option?

A couple of questions. Which app are you using to send emails? Which email app are you using where you get this option? And what kind of email are you sending?

This is happening with the email notification templates that are within the ‘notifications’ tab under Shopify store settings; For example, shipping and order confirmation emails and things like that. My email notifications are sent via the default sender that Shopify uses. However, if you’re asking what my personal email is through, I use Gmail.

So with Gmail its normal as gmail thinks its being smart and will allow you to download the image. Its not something you can do anything about it.
