remove orders page

Hey, I’d appreciate assistance on how to remove this orders page as it already sends the user an email. So when the user purchases something I’d like it so that after the thank you page/order confirmation page there’s no other page. Because as of now when the user refreshes the thank you page/order confirmation page it takes them to the orders page with this account login and all this stuff.
