Can someone please help me to fully remove my old store name from from my online account and the URL please?

Also how do i speak to a real person from shopify?? They take all this money yet not a single person available to help?

If you’re looking to change your store name, for example if you’d like to re brand, this can be done directly within your Shopify admin. I’ll share steps below for better visibility on how to do this.

How to change your store name:

  • Navigate to your Shopify admin, Settings > General to update / change your store name.

If you’re looking to completely close your Shopify store so that your store name and URL are no longer visible or accessible, you can follow the steps within this resource on pausing or closing your Shopify store. Once your store is closed, customers will not be able to access your storefront and your Shopify admin will not be accessible. Upon closing your store you’ll receive an email to confirm that your store’s deactivated. You can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store’s information is guaranteed for 2 years.
