A user wanted to simplify the cart page in the Dawn theme by removing extra payment buttons (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and keeping only the ‘Checkout’ button. The issue was compounded after attempting code from another forum post, which inadvertently added more payment buttons.

theme.liquid file above the </body> tag to hide dynamic checkout buttons.cart__dynamic-checkout-buttons { display: none !important; } to the end of the base.css fileResolution:

I’m using the Dawn theme.
Just want to make the cart page a bit cleaner. Could I remove the extra buttons so it’s just the ‘Checkout’ button on this page?
I searched for the answer before added some code from another forum post to attempt this and then removed it again and since then its added the apple pay and G pay buttons!

Follow these Steps:
Go to Online Store
Edit Code
Find theme.liquid file
Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
RESULT

@indirbunce please add this css to the very end of your base.css file and check,
Shopify Admin → Online Store ->Theme → Edit code → base.css
