A contact phone number for the parent company has recently appeared under all product listings in the Frame theme. This number is not included in any of the product descriptions or store details. I’m unsure how or why it has shown up and would appreciate any advice on how to remove it.

Check the theme settings or content settings for that area of theme.
Otherwise other people are not mind readers or have access to what you see or have access too.
You must communicate critical detail upfront such as an inspectable url.

Poor communication of critical detail is a good way to waste time and money.
