Hello,
A little while ago I added this option to be able to request information directly on my site (see photo) but I can’t manage to remove this pop-up that I don’t like.

I’d like to remove it completely if anyone knows how.

You can add code by following these steps

  1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code.

  2. Open your theme.liquid file

  3. Paste the below code before on theme.liquid

button.chat-toggle.chat-toggle--text-button.text-only { display: none !important; }

It’s an app that you downloaded and probably forgot about it. You can uninstall it.
