I’ve already removed powered by shopify for my main language on the store which is English. Now I’m starting to add secondary languages but they’re all displaying powered by shopify still. Can someone please help me with this issue, any code or suggestions would be very helpful, thanks!

The following should change the Powered with Shopify.

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click … > Edit default theme content.

In the Filter items box, do either of the following:

If this is the first time that you change this text, then enter powered in the search box.

If you changed this text previously, navigate directly to the “Powered by Shopify” message by clicking …, and then select Checkout & System. The “Powered by Shopify” message is in the Links section of Checkout & System.

In the Powered by Shopify box, use the space bar on your keyboard to type a single space.

Click Save.
Had the same problem. Solved it.
1.Go to theme library
2.Press 3 dots, edit default theme content
3.Right top corner press Localize
- Left side press Checkout & System
5.At the bottom scroll till you are [email removed] page 68
- In “LINKS” section delete Powered by on Other languages side, my case Dutch.
And if for some reason blank is still leaving Powered by, than In “LINKS” section Powered by on Other languages side instead of leaving it blank put dot or presss space bar once in there and save changes
