Hello, I am with the venture theme on shopify,
and I would like to have a featured image of 4000x4000 instead of 1024x1024.
And also remove the preview on the side, and have a simple image with circle of arrow to change the image.

It can be done by doing some code customization. Please take the help of a developer and hire Shopify Expert or me
Is it free?
Otherwise I am able to do it myself I just need the code to change and the location to put it.
And I can let it do for the other things, I only need to enlarge the image from 1024x1024 to 4000x4000

When?
You need to have a lot of knowledge about Liquid, CSS and JS, it will be like rebuilding the entire product page.
It would be impossible if someone could give you detailed instructions, therefore i recommend you to hire an expert for it.
