go to your theme customize
check if you add any section after your copyright block or anything under the footer section remove it there
or share your store with password if possible i will tell you css code to remove it

You dont need to remove that app, just remove app section you added in your Online store > Themes > Customize

You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.
Step 2: Search file theme.liquid
Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file → Save
