The solution depends on why that section exist on your store.

  1. If it is from your theme, you should check under the theme editor to disable it.

  2. If it is from a 3rd party app, you should check the app settings to disable it, or uninstall the app.

  3. If you are unsure, the simplest solution is to use CSS code to hide it. But I will need to check your store to be able to provide you the working CSS code. If you need help, please just share the store URL below.

Yes you are right, it’s came from third app, and i has disabled this app.
