Remove Shop Pay from one product

I need to remove Shop Pay from one specific product because the customer must select the pickup option only, and Shop Pay doesn’t support that. This product is connected to BookThatApp, where customers book a service at one of our three locations. The issue is that the services and locations in BookThatApp don’t match the sales locations in Shopify, and having Shop Pay (with shipping shown first) is confusing for customers. I need this product to show only the correct payment and pickup flow, without Shop Pay appearing at all — unless there is a workaround in Shop Pay that removes the shipping selection entirely.

Note: the checkout screenshot IMAGE shows an warning message: “The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location. Change delivery address or empty cart and return to store.”

Hi @messhalltruckshop you may need an app that uses shopify-functions app to hide payment methods

There might be some incompatibility if using accelerated checkouts(dynamic buy buttons) and customers are choosing that payment method directly from the product page buy-buttons.

Or try toying with this in shipping-profiles https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/setup/shipping-profiles

The hard option is multiple stores to have real control over this stuff

You may consider checking the “Not a physical product” option in product properties.
This will remove shipping options from this product checkout.

Since it’s “In Store Experience” you’re selling, it fits.

How about if I remove Shop Pay? Is there a way for it to only show pick up and not delivery because when I turn off not a physical product it just removes all shipping options and goes straight to email address and payment.

Disabling a payment method obviously just disable the method for everything.

Meanwhile if disabling a payment method doesn’t change the issue with DELIVERY METHODS what does that tell you?
It’s two separate issues compounding each other, solve each separately.

Follow previous guidance as given.

If your not sure what that means or just don’t have the time you can reach out to me for services.

Or you may just need to spend the time researching for delivery app that has the needed features if the businesses configurations lead to incompatibilities.
