I have tried searching google, shopify community, and even asking reddit to no avail. My slideshow has the word “SLIDE” over the images in slideshow. I can find no way to remove this. I have tried to look through the liquid file and can;t seem to find where this text is located. I am so confused as …

Hi, You can hide this text by following: Go to Online Store->Theme->Customize Select Slideshow section from left side bar and select “no logo” from "Logo type" box. [slider.png]

There is no “Logo Type” option in my slideshow settings. Could it be somewhere else now?

Go to online store >customize> slide show>scroll down to content>on the image slide click the tiny arrow on the left>scroll down>delete slide text. Hope that helps.
