Could you confirm whether you wanted to remove the app completely or just get rid of the ratings under the product title?

You can follow their guide for adding this feature, however, you’ll want to find the code they advise to add and remove it. Before doing this please duplicate your theme and do it on a non-live version so as to not affect your online store.
