Remove White Space below Footer - Streamline Theme

This is driving me crazy because it looks good on the homepage, but the rest don’t follow the same rule.

I need to remove the white space below my footer.

Actually I need your help for something else. I’ve managed to remove the padding between an image and the footer and it looks perfect on desktop but there’s still a space on a phone screen. Is there a way to fix that?
