Due to supplier issues, I had to refund 30 orders this week. Unfortunately, these canceled orders are still showing as “Unfulfilled” in my system. Can anyone advise on how to remove them from the “Unfulfilled” filter or assist with doing so?
I apologize, I should have mentioned that not all of these orders were fully cancelled. Some have only been refunded but are still showing as open in my system. Can anyone advise on how to remove them from the ‘Unfulfilled’ filter or assist with doing so? Thank you.
I am having the same issue: cancelled and archived orders remain in the “unfulfilled list” forever.
This is a pain, because there is no (JSON) import filter to exclude archived or cancelled orders hence they keep showing up in the to-be-fulfilled list every time and the list keeps growing/
The UI menu (bottom of list lage) “mark as fulfilled” has no effect.
So: How to mark cancelled / archived orders as “fulfilled” ?
Yes Shopify, please help with this!!! It’s so hard to keep up with orders when there are unfulfilled transactions that have been cancelled or refunded!! There is no delete button even for me to just delete the transactions!!!
