In the pic under the heading “Your order is confirmed”, is text that I would like to be removed please. The text reads “You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.”
Can any help locate the css where this code can be removed or edited please?

Click 3-dot button next to your theme name and select “Edit default theme content”
Then start typing the phrase in the search field, then type in whatever you want:

Yep, that’s the official way to change wording on checkout/thank you pages.
Worth noting that it is not just the official way, it is the ONLY way to change wording on checkout/thank you pages without the use of third-party apps.
