Can you please share URL and can show where you want to remove it?
meanwhile, you should check Shopify policy template
settings >> notification >> Refund policy delete the html content from there or if any template is there then remove that template.

your Store is password protected can you share the password?
But According to your screenshot, it looks like the content is coming from the copyright section which would be present in footer. Liquid section.
you should onec check in footer.liquid section.
