One risk in this thread that still has a hard deadline attached: the data itself. After August 31, Stocky stays read-only for roughly 90 days, so exports work until late November – but two things catch people out. Supplier records have no export at all (copy them out manually while the app still opens), and purchase orders export one CSV at a time, with no bulk option, so with hundreds of POs it pays to start with recent orders for products you still sell.
If you rely on weighted average costs, also run the stock value / average cost report once before the switch and save it. Shopify’s native fields keep only the single current Cost per item – that report is the only dated snapshot of your cost history you’ll ever have.
