I teared down my custom domain and set my abc.myshopify.com back as the primary domain. But browsing abc.myshopify.com still redirects to my custom domain, causing the site down. This has been a day so it seems not to be a “waiting longer” issue. Any help is appreciated!
Can you share a screenshot of your domain portion. abc.myshopify.com is still not your primary domain.
Thanks. It is hard to share a screenshot without exposing my domains - too many places to hide.
Domain dialog shows “Primary for Online store” under abc.myshopify.com. Under my custom domain, it shows “Redirect to abc.myshopify.com”.
What else can I check?
How does Shopify support such critical incidents for Basic plan? Is there Shopify customer support contact other than virtual help center and community? Thanks.
