Removing top bar on my welcome page header

I have look at the theme, under header, but the bar is not listed as editable. How do I remove it as it has information that is no longer relevant. Thanks.

@sidek - check announcement bar in settings, or we can do it via css, can you share your website link?

if you look at the top most page. I have a bar line with “free standard shipping to malaysian and Singapore.” I need to remove this as it no longer applies.

I cannot sent a screenshot. but if go to the top page, there a black bar with that word. I can’t edit that in admin.
