A user purchased a domain through Shopify but used it on a different platform without creating a Shopify store. After the domain expired, they cannot renew it through Shopify admin since they don’t have an active store.

I have troubles renewing my domain back. I only bought the domain from Shopify to use it on a different online platform. Now that it has expired I can not renew it trough Shopify admin because I don’t have one, only because I don’t have a store there. I need my domain back a fast a possible. Please give me a solution to this problem. I emailed Shopify support but they no longer accepts incoming messages.

Try to contact Shopify support team via Live chat instead of email. You can go to their Account Support site to chat with Shopify support without needing to log in to your store. Just scroll down and click “Chat with us”.
