Repair Shop - Return product, repair and send back to customer

Hey,

I’m totally new to Shopify and I’ve googled forever to find something that’d fit but couldn’t find anything.

What we want to achieve is:

Customer buys a product (for example: Repair of a glas on his watch).
After the customer paid the product/service we want Shopify to send them a return-label from DHL so they can send the watch to us.
Also it should generate a shipping-label for us that we’d use to send the watch back to the customer once repaired.
Once it’s in our house we’d repair it and send it back to the customer.

It seems there’s no feature/app available that’d help us integrate that and have the customer see a custom page with the status of their booked service as well as the shipping states.
