Replace image with custom video?

Hi there! I hope you are well. I was wondering if I could get some help here?

I am using the ‘Dawn’ theme and want to update this image next to my FAQ and upload a video of my product but I want it to be the same size as the FAQ length on the side? Is this possible? Please help
