Replace "more payment options" with a popup

I’m planning to replace the “more payment options” with a popup for the sizing table. How can I do that, what type of code do I have to edit for that?

Also if there is a better way to display the sizing table without using a popup, lmk. Could also think about just displaying something which is hidden by default but gets visible on click and is closable. Thanks in advance.

1. Go to Online Store

2. Edit Code

3. Find theme.liquid file

4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
