Replace out of stock wording for specific products only

Hi,

I have been through many replies regarding how to replace the “out of stock” wording for a range of products only but could not find the right solution for the DEBUT theme I am using.

My requirement is this:

  • I sell online but also through a physical store. I would like to be able to mark SPECIFIC out of stock items online as available in store, by for example changing the “OUT OF STOCK” label to “Available in Selected Stores - see description”

  • I would like to be able to specify the products to behave as above and not apply it for the whole store. I can add a tag, or put in a specific collection etc.

How can I do this on the Debut theme?
