Replenishly - Stocky alternative for merchants who need POs, supplier emails, and reorder points (free trial)

I built Replenishly for merchants migrating away from Stocky. It covers the workflow Stocky was actually used for most: monitoring stock, generating purchase orders, emailing them to suppliers in the supplier’s own spreadsheet format, and receiving inventory back into Shopify with an audit trail.

What’s new since launch: it now calculates suggested reorder points from your sales velocity, 60 days of order history, per product, applied in one click. So you don’t have to guess what threshold to set.

Honest scoping: it’s not a full demand forecasting tool (no seasonality, no open-to-buy). If that’s what you need, Inventory Planner or Prediko are the right answer. If you mainly used Stocky for POs and receiving, this should cover it.

7-day free trial, $29/month after. Happy to answer questions here.

Hey @replenishly ,

I like that you’ve clearly defined where Replenishly fits and where it doesn’t. Setting those expectations upfront helps merchants quickly determine whether it’s the right solution for their workflow.

The addition of suggested reorder points based on recent sales velocity also sounds like a practical improvement for merchants who don’t need advanced demand forecasting but want a more data driven starting point than setting reorder thresholds manually.

Being transparent that tools like Inventory Planner or Prediko are a better fit for merchants needing seasonality or more advanced forecasting is also appreciated. That kind of honest positioning makes it easier for merchants to evaluate the available options.

Hopefully, merchants who are moving away from Stocky can share their experiences and whether this covers the workflows they rely on most.

If you found my reply helpful, please consider marking it as the accepted solution so it can help other merchants following this discussion.

Thank You !
