Hi, We are using an Out Of The Sandbox Flex theme for our site MyGroovyPlace.com and we wish to make a copy of the complete site. We intend to buy another Flex theme from Out Of The Sandbox to do this duplication.

You can export the theme to move over all the design and custom logic built into it , then import it to your new Shopify store after having bought the theme on the new store.
Products can be exported/imported fairly quickly as well.
