Hi everyone,
I’m not a Shopify user, just a client who gets annoyed everytime I’m buying something on a website using Shopify. There is a very special case, in which Shopify calculates VAT wrong for shippings from Europe to Germany.
Where can I submit a bug report or something? The help center is really useless and the chat with a human won’t start. I just wanna submit some text and documents. Help please.
