Hey Folks, I basically want to figure out which products and variants haven’t sold in the past 1, 2 and 3 months so I can then put discounts on them, thanks again.

Hi there - there is currently no way to do that in Shopify reporting. If you need that type of report you can search the App Store for “reports” and most of the top 6 should get the job done.
