Report: Sales by shipping country

Hi, I do the accounts for an online shop.

I want to find an easier way to see the daily sales broken down by shipping country for VAT reporting. I am in the UK and right now use ‘Orders’ and then filter by shipping country into GB/EURO/ROW - this can be time-consuming as the report contains 75 columns and I only need info from 10 columns - so lots of filtering/deleting as well as adding columns to get net UK goods and shipping (as we report these separate in our accounts).

If I could get one report with the net sales and schedule it to be sent daily it would free up my time as well as make it easier for my colleagues to update sales when I am on holiday.

Unfortunately, Shopify does not have the ability to schedule and deliver reports.

Yes, as you have mentioned, there are particular limitations in default Shopify reporting. You can use Report Pundit instead.

I believe Mipler Advanced Reports could be an excellent solution for your needs.
Please check an example of the report I’ve created especially for you:

As you can see you can easily filter your report by any desired country.

Also, you are able to select any time period for any of your reports and have them automatically sent directly to the supplier’s email.
