What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect:
I have tried to report this site to Shopify, but the form cannot recognize what appears to be a customized URL, though I see in the forum there is a code error on the form that has never been fixed. So it is essentially impossible to report a bad Shopify actor.
KittySupps has terrible reviews on TrustPilot, and they are just allowed to keep on scamming people. -
Here is my story, if anyone cares -
KittySupps is operating in a less-than-honest manner, to the detriment of the customer.-
I placed order #50857 but was unable to cancel it the same day (2/5/26). I was also automatically subscribed to an ongoing subscription, which I had to log in to unsubscribe from. I did not request to be subscribed.
-
The only way to contact them is through a support email. Then it took more 9 days (2/14/26) to get an answer, in which time, they said they had already shipped the product and it could not be cancelled.
-
Then they said they are not issuing refunds (even though their website policies say they do do refunds) - because they are being scammed by people returning product? This is the reply from Anna - “Thanks for your message. At this time, we are not accepting returns. We’ve had a number of issues with return-related scams recently, so for the protection of all customers we’ve temporarily shifted to a “keep the product” policy.
However, you are welcome to keep the item, and I’m happy to offer a 10% refund as a courtesy for the inconvenience.”
What? -
When I protested that I could not use the product (as my cat died after I made the order), they said they would refund 30% on the $64.90 order. They did not want the product back. This tells me that the product is not worth returning.
-
This whole process took from 2/5/26 to 3/23/26, and many emails were required to get the refund of $19.50.
Had I followed my own rules (don’t order from Facebook ads) and read the reviews on TrustPilot and the Better Business Bureau BEFORE I made the order, I never would have done it. The other problem was that I used a debit card instead of a credit card.
Though I know Shopify is not responsible for the deceptive advertising practices of its shops, KittySupps is deceiving the public on multiple levels and continuing to rip people off through deceptive marketing, product and financial practices.Apparently, even the order confirmation URL does not follow the Shopify rules, because it is telling me that the URL is not valid, though I can see the order at that URL, which is:
(see link in the image as it will not let me post multiple links in this post)I logged into the account and this URL is not working for your form either -
(see link in the image as it will not let me post multiple links in this post)So when I got to the point where the URL wasn’t accepted, I came here to post.
It is not right what KittySupps is doing to people, and in this case, to your pets, too.
Nor is it right for Shopify to continue to let people like this use their platform.I hope this will help others avoid getting scammed.

Just a quick look at it. The product page seems to automatically select the subscription checkbox… that could be what happened there.
Overall the store has some huge red flags.
Thanks for sharing this, hope it might help someone in the future if they do search before buying.
Yeah, a few red flags, no contact information or business information, then that email. The review score is suspicious, and visiting Trustpilot reveals real issues. And that Shrine pro theme is used a lot, both in regular stores, but a lot of scammers use it too.
I found 2 links
That gives a good reason not to buy from them.
If you reported it to Shopify, with an Issue with an Order, try also with Fraud.
Hi @Maximus3
In the order process it was pre-selected at checkout. I didn’t even know it had been selected until I got the notice that I had a subscription. (Why would I subscribe until I knew it was effective?) I was able to go into the account and cancel it, thankfully. That was the only good thing that I could do.
Hi @Laza_Binaery,
Yes, I was gullible. The Facebook ads are very slick. And I had an ailing cat that I wanted to help somehow. I was the perfect mark in the moment.
Unfortunately, I am not able to find a page where I can report it to Shopify where it accepts the URL. You can see in my uploaded image that it is not accepting the KittySupps order confirmation page URL. I tried multiple variations and it still would not work.
All the other reporting pages I tried require me to sign up for a Shopify store account. Which I don’t need. I’m the customer, not a seller. It doesn’t make sense for me to have a Shopify store account.
I reported instead of you, and added a link to the topic too.
@Laza_Binaery Thank you! I appreciate it. I have spent multiple hours on it and could not accomplish doing what you were able to. Hoping it helps stop their abuse.
the “only X left in stock” and it counts down is funny. If you refresh the page, the company magically has more stock.
@prov1 exactly. I wish I had not been in a hurry to just get the order done and move on to my next task. Oh, well, it probably won’t be the last time. I usually do investigate before I click buy. These people are super-slick with their Facebook presentation, but they are in it just to fleece people. Searching for them, you find all sorts of bad reviews, especially on TrustPilot and the BBB. But I was compelled to warn others. I know it’s only one of many. ![]()
