I bought a Timex Watch 20 days ago,
But This has not been delivered
the status of the order in the Shop App appears as Preparing shipment since the last 18 days,
I have tried to contact the Seller but the webpage does not exist now and he does not answer my emails
What should I do ?

It’s definitely worrying. Since the shop is unresponsive and appears to be dead, the best course of action at this point is to contact your payment provider or bank and file a chargeback for non delivery. They can take your bait and recover your dough. Keep your order confirmation and proof of payment handy to expedite the process.

Check your order confirmation email — it will contain the seller’s contact details and order ID.

Try contacting the seller again using any alternative contact method (like their social links or contact form if available).

If you paid via credit card or PayPal, contact your payment provider and open a dispute or request a chargeback for non-delivery. They’ll help you recover your funds.
