Dear Shopify Support Team,
I am reaching out to report an issue regarding a fraudulent transaction with one of the sellers on your platform, Nuvita-ind.myshopify.com. Below are the details of my order:

Product Ordered: 9 pieces of men’s premium briefs (₹999/-)
Product Received: 1 piece of poor-quality brief
Seller: Nuvita-ind.myshopify.com
Shipment Provider: Shiprocket (COD)
I placed an order through the website “Nuvita-ind.myshopify.com” for 9 pieces of men’s premium briefs. However, upon receiving the package, I found only one brief of very poor quality instead of the advertised 9 premium pieces.
I did not receive any order confirmation email from either the seller or Shopify. Additionally, when I logged into the website, my account showed no order history. I attempted to contact the seller via email, but I have not received any response.
I also reached out to the shipment provider, Shiprocket, for assistance in returning the product and requesting a refund. Unfortunately, despite providing all the necessary details, Shiprocket closed my ticket without taking any action to resolve the issue.
Given the fraudulent nature of this transaction and the lack of support from both the seller and Shiprocket, I kindly request Shopify’s assistance in facilitating a return and processing a refund of the amount paid (₹999/-). I have a video recording of the unboxing, as well as all shipment details, which I can provide upon request.
Please let me know how I can proceed to resolve this issue.
