Request for Assistance with Custom Product Labels and Buttons

Greetings,

I have certain products that cannot be ordered online at the moment. Currently, these products have a stock quantity of 0, and they are displayed with a custom label, “SPECIAL ORDER OR SOLD OUT,” just like all other items that are truly out of stock.

I aim to distinguish these special order items from the genuinely out-of-stock ones. For the special order products, I’d like to replace the current button label on the product page and in the collection preview with a custom one. The new text should just read “SPECIAL ORDER” on the collection preview and on the product page, followed by a message below it that says, “To order this product, please contact us at orders@titandiveshop.com or call/WhatsApp +971501088493.” The button, email, and phone number should all be clickable links. Additionally, some of the “SPECIAL ORDER” buttons should direct users to specific landing pages, so the link for the product page button needs to be customizable for different products.

I am currently using a customized version of the Venture theme.

From what I understand, it seems I need to duplicate and modify the product page template. However, I have limited coding skills.

Hi @TheRealKMK ,

Creating a different template and assigning them to multiple product seems to be a difficult task[if you have many porduct in future]. The optimal solution for this will be to display message/ATC button based on the product tag.

For this, as you already know, this will require theme customization which is not a quick fix. If it was a quick fix, I would have provided you a solution. However, if you require someone to work on this, please feel free to reach me out.
