Request for Assistance with Processing a Refund for a Client

A client made a purchase from my store, but the next day, my Shopify store was deactivated because I didn’t renew it. How can I process a refund for the client, who has been sending me multiple emails?

I highly suggest that you keep an open communication with your customer and ask where you can send their refund. Since your account was deactivated, you will need to process their refund directly to their bank account.
